Abstract:
A polyolefin resin composition comprising the components (A), (B) and (C) or the components (A), (B), (C), and (D): (A) a polymer of an &agr -olefin having three or more carbon atoms, (B) a modified propylene polymer satisfying the requirements (1) to (4): (1) the content of polar groups resulting from a compound having an ethylenic double bond and a polar group in the molecule is 0.10 to 0.30 mmol/g, (2) the limiting viscosity ([&eegr ]A) is 0.8 to 3.0 dl/g as determined at 135°C in tetralin, (3) the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) exceeds 2.5, and (4) the content of components having molecular weights of 10,000 or below is 5 wt% or below, (C) an organized layer inorganic compound, and (D) a rubbery polymer.
