Abstract:
Provided is modified RNF112 or an exosome delivery system containing same. Further provided is a fusion RNA or a fusion DNA, wherein the fusion RNA or the fusion DNA contains a coding sequence of the modified RNF112 protein, which coding sequence can be introduced into exosomes by means of an RNA recognition protein or a DNA recognition protein to achieve the purpose of treating ALS disease.
