Abstract:
A modified TPU calendered film and a preparation method therefor. The modified TPU calendered film comprises the following components: a TPU resin, a TPO resin, a TPSiV resin, a TPU color master batch, a light stabilizer, an antioxidant, an antifungal and antibacterial agent, a flame retardant, a processing lubricating agent and the like. The preparation method for the modified TPU calendered film comprises the following steps: putting raw materials of various components into a high-speed stirring pot according to the dosage formulation, and stirring uniformly at high speed and at a temperature controlled to 80-90°C, then putting into an internal mixer for 3-5 minutes, extruding and filtering by a rolling mill after mixing, conveying to four rollers, and calendering so as to obtain a film product. The modified TPU calendered film overcomes the process difficulties of nonuniform plasticizing and predisposition to roller sticking, has improved capacity, and has the characteristics of uniform thickness, high surface gloss, yellowing resistance, abrasion resistance, flame retardance, low temperature resistance and the like.
