Abstract:
The present invention relates to a modular air purification device and, more specifically, to a modular air purification device comprising: a storage unit having installed an inlet port through which odor flows in and a communication port on one side; a purification unit which is installed on one side of the storage unit, has an opening to have the communication port inserted and installed therein for mutual communication, has a photocatalyst (TiO2) coated on the inner peripheral surface thereof, and has a UV emission part installed on one side thereof; and a drive unit which has a drive fan embedded in the communication port to circulate the odor of waste, wherein the odor flowing in from the inlet port is drawn into the purification unit via the communication port, UV light is emitted from the UV emission part and comes into contact with the photocatalyst (TiO2) to give rise to a photochemical reaction, and thus organic materials contained in the drawn odor are decomposed and purified.
