Abstract:
A modular automatic analyzer having a circular cartridge, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a main body frame; an X-axis transfer unit reciprocated in the X-axis direction with respect to the main body frame; a circular cartridge accommodation housing provided with respect to the X-axis transfer unit so as to be reciprocated in the X-axis direction by the X-axis transfer unit; a single rotation driving unit provided in the circular cartridge accommodation housing so as to enable step-rotation at predetermined intervals and high speed rotation for centrifugal separation; a circular cartridge provided on an upper surface of the circular cartridge accommodation housing such that the rotation driving unit is connected thereto so as to be rotation-drivable, and having wells arranged to be spaced from each other at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction of a disk-shaped main body; a tip lifting/lowering unit picking up a tip so as to lift/lower the same; a measurement unit for measuring reactions in the wells; a Z-axis driving unit having the tip lifting/lowering unit and the measurement unit and driving the reciprocation of the same in the Z-axis direction with respect to the main body frame; and a control unit (C) for controlling an automatic immunoassay device.
