Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of power generation, power transformation, or power distribution. Disclosed is a modular motor having an inter-phase magnetic isolation capability. The motor comprises a plurality of stator modules and a rotor. The plurality of stator modules are closely attached in sequence to form a complete stator; optionally, the plurality of stator modules are circumferentially and evenly distributed, and the stator modules are fixed by means of external connecting members. Each stator module comprises three stator teeth and an armature winding intensively wound on the middle stator tooth. Magnetic flux generated by the armature winding only passes through the stator module where the armature winding is located and does not pass through the other stator modules, thereby implementing the magnetic isolation and physical isolation between different stator modules. From any stator module, a plurality of continuous stator modules are located in a same independent sector, and all the stator modules and the rotor in the sector form a unit multi-phase motor. The present invention realizes physical isolation and magnetic isolation between different windings of a motor, improves the electromagnetic performance and operation reliability of a motor, and reduces processing cost of a motor.
