Abstract:
The unit (1) comprises a plurality of modules (M1 to M4) which are constructed from transport containers. The modules are assembled in a removable manner and have, between two juxtaposed modules, at least one spatial communication zone which comprises opposite openings and joining and sealing means. The unit comprises a confined zone (ZC) which accommodates a manufacturing machine and is exposed to a contaminating substance and/or residue, a healthy zone (ZS) and a buffer zone (ZT). The confined zone is arranged in two juxtposed modules (M1, M4) with one continuous surface on the ground through the spatial communication zone, and the joining and sealing means ensure complete tightness with respect to dust and fluids and with respect to the contaminating substance and/or residue. Furthermore, the confined zone comprises a reinforced floor which supports the manufacturing machine and is intended to ensure vibration stability during manufacturing.
