Abstract:
The present invention relates to a module that is for diagnosing the integrity of an actuator and has an oil cleaning function, wherein not only can the module be coupled at a valve position of the actuator to perform an oil cleaning function of the actuator, but an integrity diagnosis function of the actuator can also be performed without replacing the module. To this end, the module that has an oil cleaning function and is for diagnosing the integrity of an actuator comprises at least one of: a driving module which is coupled at a driving valve position of the actuator, and supplies oil for a cleaning function of the actuator or an integrity diagnosis function of the actuator to a cylinder hydraulic chamber provided in the actuator, or collects the oil from the cylinder hydraulic chamber provided in the actuator; or an emergency module which is coupled to at emergency stop valve position of the actuator, and supplies the oil to a dump hydraulic chamber provided in the actuator or collects the oil from the dump hydraulic chamber provided in the actuator.
