Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a module information storage method, module information retrieval method, module information storage device and test apparatus. The module information storage method comprises: generating primary containers in the form of an array by associating identification information of a panelized testing board with identification information of the primary containers; generating a plurality of sub-containers by associating identification information of each camera module with identification information of each sub-container; storing module information of each camera module in the corresponding sub-container; and inserting the sub-containers to corresponding positions in the primary containers, the module information comprising test data of a plurality of camera modules that are arranged in a matrix and comprised in a panelized testing board, the test data being obtained from tests performed on the plurality of camera modules. The module information storage method, module information retrieval method, module information storage device and test apparatus according to the present invention enable data storage and retrieval of batch tests of camera modules.
