Abstract:
A module strain estimation device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a module information acquisition unit which is configured to acquire a plurality of pieces of numerical information about a battery module, and a processor which is configured to: receive the plurality of pieces of numerical information from the module information acquisition unit; generate, on the basis of a preset learning model and the plurality of pieces of numerical information, a first profile indicating a correspondence relationship between a force applied from the inside to the outside of the battery module and the strain on the battery module, and a second profile indicating a correspondence relationship between the force and the stress on the battery module; generate, on the basis of the first profile and the second profile, a third profile indicating a correspondence relationship between the strain and the stress on the battery module; and estimate, on the basis of the third profile, the strain on the battery module according to the stress on the battery module.
