Abstract:
Disclosed is a module trimming method wherein a rotating blade having a tip inclined so as to narrow in the blade thickness direction towards the outside in the radial direction is held at a cutting angle such that the blade is inclined towards the substrate side about the axis along the thickness direction of the substrate, and excess portions are cut off by moving at least either the rotary blade or a module relative to one another in the cutting direction along the end surface of the substrate while rotating the rotary blade in one direction.
