Abstract:
A MOFs material freeze dryer convenient for discharging, comprising a freeze dryer body (1), a bottom support (2), and a discharging assembly (3). The freeze dryer body (1) is embedded and fixedly mounted at the top of the bottom support (2), and the discharging assembly (3) is embedded at the bottom of the freeze dryer body (1). The discharging assembly (3) comprises a fixing plate (31), an electric push rod (32), an output shaft (33), a connection assembly (34), a fixing rod (35), a bottom plate (36), a fixing housing (37), a positioning block (38), and trays (39). The fixing housing (37) is provided at the center of the interior of the bottom of the freeze dryer body (1), and is connected to the bottom of the freeze dryer body (1) by means of the bottom plate (36) mounted at the bottom. The connection assembly (34) comprises an insertion end (341), a column (342), an insertion hole (343), a fastening ring (344), and a screw hole (345). According to the MOFs material freeze dryer convenient for discharging, the discharging assembly (3) implements the movement of the fixing housing (37) into or out from the freeze dryer body (1); the configurations of the bottom plate (36) and a seal gasket ensure the sealing performance at a joint, thereby facilitating discharging; and the connection assembly (34) causes the fixing housing (37) and the electric push rod (32) to be conveniently mounted and detached, thereby facilitating usage.
