Abstract:
This moisture-absorbing fabric and moisture-absorbing clothing material comprise: a blended spun yarn (A) comprising a cellulose fiber (a1) subjected to a moisture-absorbing, heat-producing treatment and a cellulose fiber (a2) not subjected to the moisture-absorbing, heat-producing treatment; and a spun yarn (B) comprising a cellulose fiber not subjected to the moisture-absorbing, heat-producing treatment. On the basis of 100 mass% of the fabric, the amount of the cellulose fiber (a1) subjected to the moisture-absorbing, heat-producing treatment is 5-40 mass%, and the total of the cellulose fiber (a2) not subjected to the moisture-absorbing, heat-producing treatment and the spun yarn (B) comprising a cellulose fiber not subjected to the moisture-absorbing, heat-producing treatment is 60-95 mass%. Additionally, 3-15 mass% of an elastic yarn (C) may be contained. Thereby, provided are a moisture-absorbing, heat-producing fabric and clothing material which comprise a cotton fabric with improved moisture-absorbing, heat-producing properties, have good adhesion to the body, feel comfortable to wear, and are kind to the skin.
