Abstract:

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a resin composition which has excellent adhesion and moisture barrier properties, and a moisture barrier adhesive and coating agent comprising the resin composition. The above problem is solved by providing a moisture barrier resin composition which is obtained by reacting a diol having an alicyclic skeleton with a bifunctional isocyanate. The alicyclic skeleton of the diol is preferably a tricycloalkane, particularly preferably a tricyclodecane. The resin composition may comprise a resin having a hydroxyl group.
