Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a moisture-permeable waterproof fabric which uses a biomass starting material and exhibits excellent bondability to a cloth (especially to a water-repellent cloth), while having excellent moisture permeability and film strength. A moisture-permeable waterproof fabric which comprises (i) a cloth, (ii) an adhesive layer and (iii) a surface skin layer, wherein: the adhesive layer (ii) is formed from a moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt resin composition that contains a polyol (A) containing a biomass-derived polyester polyol (a1) and a urethane prepolymer (C) having an isocyanate group, said urethane prepolymer being a reactant of a polyisocyanate (B); and the surface skin layer (iii) is formed from a urethane resin composition that contains a polyol (P) containing a polyol (P1) having an oxyethylene group and a specific polyester polyol (P2) and a urethane resin (R) that uses a polyisocyanate (Q) as an essential starting material.
