Abstract:
A moisture-permeable, waterproof and heat insulating fabric comprising a base fiber fabric and, provided on at least one surface thereof, a moisture-permeable, waterproof and heat insulating resin film containing hollow micro-capsules and/or an infrared ray absorbing agent; and a moisture-permeable, waterproof and heat insulating resin film with a releasing paper which comprises a releasing paper and, provided thereon, a moisture-permeable, waterproof and heat insulating resin film containing hollow micro-capsules and/or an infrared ray absorbing agent. The fabric is lightweight, has heat insulating property, exhibits moisture permeability together with waterproofing property, and thus, garments made of the fabric are comfortable to wear since they are less prone to give a stuffy feeling to a man wearing them even when he takes a violent motion.
