Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a moisture-resisting self-disinfection environment-friendly sound insulation floor and a manufacturing method therefor. A sound insulation material is composed of a packaging material, a functional filler, and a surface wear-resisting layer. The packaging material is an organic substrate prepared by using 45-56 parts of an ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer by weight as a raw material. The functional filler is a bamboo fiber composite material prepared by using 200-220 parts of sinocalamus affinis and 50-60 parts of glacial acetic acid by weight as raw materials. The surface wear-resisting layer is a wear-resisting composite material prepared by using 4-5 parts of aluminum oxide powder and 1-1.2 parts of an ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer by weight as raw materials. The present invention can achieve moisture absorption, self-disinfection, long-time volatilization of disinfection components, softness and sound insulation.
