Abstract:
Provided is a moisture-sensitive wheat grinding machine, comprising: a transfer pipe (1); a feed inlet (2); a sensing device (3); an upper grinding disc (4); a lower grinding disc (5); a stopping plate (6); a discharging pipe (7); a flour container (8); and a starter motor (9). The top end of the transfer pipe (1) corresponds to the feed inlet (2). The sensing device (3) is disposed at the feed inlet (2). The feed inlet (2) is in communication with the upper grinding disc (4). The upper grinding disc (4) is provided with a rotating shaft at the bottom thereof, and the lower grinding disc (5) is disposed thereabove. The stopping plate (6) is disposed coaxially at the outside of and spaced from the upper grinding disc (4) and the lower grinding disc (5). A bottom portion of one side of the stopping plate (6) is in communication with the discharging pipe (7). The flour container (8) is disposed at the bottom end of the discharging pipe (7). The starter motor (9) is disposed at the bottom end of the stopping plate (6). When the moisture-sensitive wheat grinding machine is operating, warning information is issued upon detection of an excessively high moisture level of the wheat by the sensing device (3), and the starter motor (9) stops operating.
