Abstract:
A mold clamping device for an injection molding machine using a five-point type double link toggle wherein a projecting portion (17) is formed on a link (14) connected to a rear platen (6) at one end thereof on a side opposite to a side facing a cross-head (18), and wherein a through hole formed in the projecting portion (17) is aligned with a through hole formed in one end of the link (16) connected to the cross-head at the other end thereof so that a pin can be inserted into the through holes.
