Abstract:
This invention provides a mold device for forming a blow molded product, which does not experience any difficulty in disposing a spruce, can also meet a hot runner specification, and can facilitate work such as replacement of consumables in a film forming device, and a method for forming a blow molded product. In the mold device for forming a blow molded product, a first molding part (41) for molding a first split piece (31) and a second molding part (49) for molding a second split piece (32) are provided between a first mold (1) and a second mold (3). In addition to these molding parts, a film forming part (4) is provided. The film forming part (4), the first molding part (41), and the second molding part (49) are linearly arranged in that order.
