Abstract:
A mold-locking component on a mold frame in a rotary wheel blow molding machine, comprising: at least two mold-locking sleeves (7) provided with notches (71) on a left mold frame (1), a spring (5) sleeved at the lower extremity of a guiding shaft (3) in a guiding sleeve (21) on a right mold frame (2), where the upper and lower extremities of the spring (5) respectively presses against and connected to the right mold frame (2) and a mount base (4) at the bottom of the guiding shaft (3), and the spring (5) always has the tendency of moving the mount base downwards away from the right mold frame (2), a driving component on the mount base (4), when fitted with a cam, capable of driving the guiding shaft (3) to move vertically up and down in the guiding sleeve (21), and several guiding sections (32) separated by gaps and provided on a guiding shaft body (31) of the guiding shaft (3). When locking a mold, the guiding sections (32) on the guiding shaft (3) are engaged in the mold-locking sleeves (7) via the notches (71) and then moves vertically downwards so as to make the guiding shaft body (31) to move into the mold-locking sleeves (7); when unlocking, the guiding shaft (3) can be detached from the mold-locking sleeves (7) by means of fitting the guiding sections (32) to the notches (71). The mold-locking component greatly reduces precision requirements on mounting and manufacturing, thus greatly reducing production costs.
