Abstract:

The present invention relates to a mold and to a method for manufacturing a mesh-integrated filer using same. The mold includes: a lower body; a protrusion pin that protrudes upwardly from the lower body; a plurality of slides slidably which are disposed on the lower body so as to move forward, and which surround the protrusion pin; an upper body covering an upper side of the slides and having an injection hole such that a resin solution can be injected between the protrusion pin and the slides; and a formation part forming a mesh-integrated filter when the resin solution is cured. Unlike in the prior art, since the mesh-integrated filter is manufactured while the mold is closed, a separate assembly process for assembling the mesh with the filter can be eliminated in order to improve productivity.
