Abstract:

Precise control of a liquid level of a plastic material is not necessary, and a flow rate of the plastic material is increased to improve the productivity. A mold (1), a mold assembler (2), and an injection aid member (3) attached to the mold assembler are provided. The mold assembler (2) comprises a first mold (21) and a second mold (22) which are opposed to each other, a tape member (23) connecting the outer peripheries of the first mold (21) and the second mold (22), a cavity (24) to which a material for a plastic lens is injected, and a through hole (25) to make a part of the cavity (24) open. The injection aid member (3) comprises a first opening (33) opposed to the through hole (25) of the mold assembler (2), a second opening (34) connecting to the first opening (33), and an attachment (32) provided around the first opening (33) to be closely attached to the mold assembler (2).
