Abstract:

Provided is a mold 1 for molding a base material integrated gasket that reduces occurrence of a molding failure. A mold for molding a base material integrated gasket comprises: a first division mold 11 that is provided in a first parting surface and has a base material retention part 12 that retains a base material 111; and a second division mold 21 that is mutually combined with the first division mold 11 to perform mold closing and mold opening, and that has a second parting surface, the second division mold 21 having a cavity space 22 for a gasket that is formed in the second parting surface and molds a gasket body 121 on a plane of the base material 111, a cavity space 23 for independent rubber that molds an independent rubber part 131 different from the gasket body 121 on the plane of the base material 111, and a mold pressing part 24 that is arranged around the cavity space 23 for independent rubber and presses the base material 111 during mold closing, the mold pressing part 24 having a recessed part 26 that reduces deformation of the base material 111 in the pressing surface 25.
