Abstract:
Provided is a mold for shaping a glass product, comprising: a mold main body; and a plurality of ejection mechanisms arranged at intervals around the mold main body. The mold main body is provided with a plurality of recesses arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction thereof. The ejection mechanisms are installed in the respective recesses. The mold main body comprises a shaping surface for shaping a glass product. The ejection mechanism comprises a supporting member used to support the glass product and a driving member used to drive the supporting member to move in a direction perpendicular to the shaping surface. The supporting member is flush with the shaping surface. In the mold for shaping a glass product of the present invention, after a glass product has been shaped, an ejection mechanism raises the glass product, such that the glass product does not contact a mold main body, thereby preventing deformation or breakage of the glass product in a cooling process, and accordingly ensuring quality of the glass product. Moreover, the above arrangement accelerates cooling of the glass product, thereby shortening the production period of the glass product.
