Abstract:
A mold stripping device of an environment-friendly injection mold, comprising a base (1), an ejector base plate (2), an ejector retainer plate (3), a guide rod (4), and support rods (7); a fixing block (9) and two support rods (7) are provided on the base (1); an injection mold (12) is provided on the upper end of the support rod (7); the guide rod (4) is fixed on the fixing block (9); the ejector retainer plate (3) and the ejector base plate (2) are provided between two support rods (7); sliding guide slots are formed at the positions where the support rods (7) are connected to the ejector retainer plate (3) and the ejector base plate (2); the ejector retainer plate (3) and the ejector base plate (2) are fixedly connected by means of a screw (11); sliding chutes (8) are formed in the ejector retainer plate (3) and the ejector base plate (2); angle ejector rods (6) can be slidably fixed in the sliding chutes (8) by means of pins (13). Compared with a common angle ejector structure, the mold stripping structure is small in used space, simple to process, convenient to assemble, install and disassemble, good in mold stripping effect, and high in reliability.
