Abstract:
A second mold is placed on a flat surface of a first mold having the flat surface, thereby forming a first molding space. A first raw material slurry comprising a first raw material powder, a dispersion medium and a gelling agent is filled in the first molding space, and the slurry is molded and solidified, thereby forming a first molded body on the flat surface of the first mold. A third mold is placed on the flat surface of the first mold from which the second mold has been removed and on which the first molded body has been formed, thereby forming a second molding space. A second raw material slurry comprising a second raw material powder comprising a different material from that of the first raw material powder, the dispersion medium and the gelling agent is filled in the second molding space, and the slurry is molded and solidified so that the slurry can contact with the first molded body, thereby forming a second molded body on the flat surface of the first mold. In this manner, it is possible to provide a molded article which is composed of two molded bodies comprising different materials bonded to each other and in which the bonding strength in the bonding surface between the two molded bodies is high.
