Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a molded-article production device and production method which make it easy to ensure sanitary conditions during the production of a molded article having a plurality of convexities. [Solution] Before moving a blade-gripping mechanism (33) using a movement mechanism (34) and filling a plurality of concavities 82 with a first starting material fluid (91), a blade-exchange mechanism (40) removes a blade (31) having the first starting material fluid (91) adhered thereto from the blade-gripping mechanism (33), and attaches a blade (31) not having the first starting material fluid (91) adhered thereto to the blade-gripping mechanism (33).
