Abstract:
The present application comprises: a mover which is rotatably arranged in a main body and one side of which has a pressurized part having a predetermined gradient; and a movable contact which is formed to correspond to the gradient of the pressurized part and which is fixed by the pressurized part. The present application provides a molded case circuit breaker having a pressurized contact fixing structure, which can prevent a deviation of the movable contact caused by the melting of the lead material between the mover and the movable contact even when the fault current is introduced and the temperature of an electrical connection unit excessively rises. The movable contact is formed to have a gradient corresponding to the shape of the pressurized part, thus improving physical fixing properties. A welded part is arranged between the pressurized part and the movable contact so as to provide fixing properties of welding the pressurized part and the movable contact again even when the lead material is cooled after being molten.
