Abstract:

Disclosed is a method for producing a molded catalyst for continuous production of a mono(lower alkyl)monoalkanolamine wherein a binder is added into a catalyst raw material containing a crystalline metallosilicate and/or a layered clay compound, and then the resulting is molded by extrusion molding or stirring granulation. Also disclosed is a molded catalyst produced by such a method.
