Provided are: an injection-molded coil that is easy to produce, is compatible with a variety of external device connectors, and does not cause interference between terminals and a wire when the wire is wound; and a production method for the injection-molded coil. According to the present invention, a bobbin 2 has: a cylindrical part 21 around which a wire 3 is wound; and a pair of flanges 22 that are provided at either end of the cylindrical part 21. A pair of relay terminals 4a, 4b to which a beginning end and a terminal end of the wire 3 are fastened are provided to the bobbin 2 away from where the wire 3 is wound between the pair of flanges 22. Terminals 5a, 5b that are separate from the pair of relay terminals 4a, 4b are provided at locations that are opposite where the wire 3 is wound and are connected to the beginning end 31a or the terminal end 31b of the wire 3. Support holes 26a, 26b detachably support the terminals 5a, 5b on the bobbin 2.
