Abstract:
A hook surface fastener (1) has resin intrusion prevention wall parts (4) which are made of foaming resin material for molding a cushion body respectively at right and left side edge portions along the longitudinal direction of the front surface of a planar substrate (2) made of thermoplastic resin and has many engaging devices (3) between the right and left resin intrusion wall parts (4). Along the vicinities of the upper ends of the resin intrusion prevention wall parts (4), linear magnetic bodies (5) are disposed continuously in the length direction of the substrate (2). When placing the engaging device forming surface of the hook surface fastener (1) toward the uneven surface of a foaming body molding cavity of a foaming die (100), the linear magnetic bodies (5) approach the uneven surface. Accordingly, magnetic force between the die and the linear magnetic bodies (5) is increased even when the linear magnetic bodies have the same magnetism as that of a conventional product. Therefore, the hook surface fastener (1) is so strongly contacted with the die (100) in spite of the uneven surface of the die (100) to be prevented from floating or being deviated from the die (100). As the result, even during foaming, the foaming resin material (200) never intrudes into the engaging device forming region. Thus the hook surface fastener (1) can be molded and integrated precisely at the predetermined position of a foaming body.
