Abstract:
Provided are a molded part and a release-fabric-free method for producing same. The molded part comprises a body (1), wherein the body (1) comprises a base material (11), and a plurality of release portions (12), which are dispersed in the base material (11), such that a base material region (111), and a plurality of release regions (112), which are surrounded by the base material region (111), are formed at a surface of the body (1). The base material region (111) is formed by a surface of the base material (11), and the release regions (112) are formed by surfaces of the release portions (12). The molded part is produced without release fabric, such that the interlayer bonding force of the molded part can be ensured while achieving convenient and rapid release, thereby meeting the actual usage requirements.
