Abstract:
Provided is a molding condition diagnostic device capable of diagnosing the suitability of a molding condition set in advance from a measurement value detected during continuous automatic operation, and notifying an operator when the molding condition is inappropriate. A molding machine is provided with a molding condition diagnostic device (1) for determining the appropriateness of a molding condition setting value and notifying an operator. The molding condition diagnostic device (1) has an input part (2) to which is inputted a measurement value outputted from a measurement means (11) and a molding condition setting value set by a molding condition setting means (30), a comparison unit (3) for comparing the measurement value and molding condition setting value inputted to the input unit (2), a storage unit (4) for storing a determination reference for determining that the molding condition setting value is unsuitable, and a determination unit (5) for determining whether the result of comparison by the comparison unit (3) satisfies the determination reference stored in the storage unit (4). When the determination unit (5) has determined that the result of comparison by the comparison unit (3) satisfies the determination reference stored in the storage unit (4), a specific determination message corresponding to the compared measurement value and molding condition setting value is outputted to a display unit (6).
