Abstract:
A molding method and a device for a radially oriented annular magnet employs an
orient magnetic field that is discontinuous in 360°direction. In the molding
process, the magnetic powder and the orient magnetic field rotate relatively.
This invention solves the following technique problems: the orient magnetic
field is so low that the magnetic powder can not be oriented completely, and the
ununiformity of the orient magnetic field leads to the ununiformity of the magnetic
character of the annular magnet.
