Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide molds, mold sets and a casting apparatus preventing condensation and enabling easy discharge of ferrosilicon or ferromanganese. A casting apparatus comprises: a distributor for distributing molten ferrosilicon or ferromanganese; a mold portion comprising a plurality of mold sets for receiving the distribution of molten ferrosilicon or ferromanganese from the distributor; and a transfer portion for transferring the mold portion by means of closed circulation through a first curved portion and a second curved portion, wherein ferrosilicon or ferromanganese cooled in the mold portion is discharged from the first curved portion. The mold set comprises: a mold holder; a plurality of molds coupled to the mold holder and arrayed; and fixing parts positioned on both ends of a connecting bar and for fixing the plurality of molds. The mold has a cavity in the center and is formed from a stone material.
