Abstract:
A molecular diagnostic sample processing system, comprising a cartridge and a first operation module, wherein the first operation module can operate a main valve body of a main liquid transfer valve of the cartridge to allow the main valve body to be respectively in communication with multiple second compartments of the cartridge; and the first operation module further comprises a first lifting device and a piercing mechanism which is mounted on a drive end of the first lifting device. The first lifting device can move the piercing mechanism towards the cartridge, and the piercing mechanism can pierce sealing films on the multiple second compartments, which avoids affecting the smooth outflow of a reagent due to the decrease of the pressure above the reagent when the reagent in the second compartments is extracted, so as to smoothly extract the reagent.
