Abstract:
The present invention provides a molten salt heater having a container type electrode structure. The molten salt heater comprises a housing, a molten salt tank, a molten salt pump, a liquid outlet cylinder and at least one electrode heating assembly; the electrode heating assembly comprises an electrode, an upper container type electrode and a lower container type electrode which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the liquid outlet cylinder and the lower container type electrode are both connected to a zero phase; the upper container type electrode is connected to a voltage phase; the upper container type electrode comprises an upper molten salt header and a flow-guiding spray pipe; the liquid outlet cylinder vertically sprays a molten salt medium into the upper molten salt header by means of the electrode; the spray pipe end of the electrode vertically extends into the upper molten salt header; the upper molten salt header vertically sprays the molten salt medium into the lower container type electrode by means of the flow-guiding spray pipe; the spray pipe end of the flow-guiding spray pipe vertically extends into the lower container type electrode; and the outlet end of the lower container type electrode is connected into the molten salt tank. The molten salt heater may reduce sputtering and dispersion during medium spraying, reduce salt spray breakdown, and guarantee the stability of operation.
