Abstract:
Disclosed is a molten slag residual heat recovery system, comprising a molten slag feed system, a molten slag heat exchange device (22) and a steam-water system, wherein the molten slag heat exchange device (22) is at least composed of one heat exchange unit (15), the heat exchange unit (15) being selected as one of four structures: an output end of the molten slag feed system is provided with a molten slag injector (6), the molten slag injector (6) is arranged above an upper feed port (24); the molten slag heat exchange device (22) and the molten slag feed system are chosen as moving-type structures or static-type structures according to actual needs; when the steam-water system and the molten slag heat exchange device (22) of static-type structure are matched, the composition is a water intake link pipe (35), a water intake pipe, a water discharge link pipe (36) and a water discharge pipe, etc.; and when the steam-water system and the molten slag heat exchange device (22) of moving-type structure are matched, the composition is a water intake link pipe (35), a water intake pipe, a water discharge link pipe (36), a water discharge pipe, and a pressure-resistant deformable tube or rotary joint.
