Abstract:
Provided is a biaxial movement guide apparatus that supports a conveyed object so as to be movable in a first axial direction and a second axial direction, wherein a rolling moment acting around the first axis of the movement guide apparatus when moving the conveyed object in the second axial direction can be detected. Also provided is a movement guide apparatus that supports a conveyed object so as to be movable in a first axial direction and a second axial direction, wherein a bearing member is interposed between a first guide part and a second guide part. The proximal-end-side part of the bearing member with respect to the second axial direction is anchored to the first guide part, the distal-end-side part thereof with respect to the second axial direction is anchored to the second guide part, and a strain gauge is disposed at an intermediate part between the two locations of anchoring. Moment information pertaining to a rolling moment acting around the first axis of the movement guide apparatus is acquired on the basis of the value detected by the strain gauge when the conveyed object moves from the proximal-end side toward the distal-end side in the second axial direction.
