Abstract:

A money changing machine (10) of the present invention is provided with an exchange-money content receiving unit (46) that receives exchange-money content which includes the number of bank notes and coins of each denomination of currency to be dispensed to the outside of the machine by a dispensing unit as exchange money; and a control unit (22) that determines the form of the exchange money on the basis of the exchange-money content received by the exchange-money content receiving unit (46) and controls the dispensing unit so that the currency serving as the exchange money is dispensed to the outside of the machine in the determined form.
