Abstract:
It is possible to grasp which person is captured at which time by which camera without requiring
continuous monitoring and to reduce an operator load for monitoring. A face image
is transmitted from a computer (7) to IP cameras (1 to 5) and each of the IP cameras
records the received face image on a face image recording unit (14). The IP cameras
(1 to 5) cut out a face image from the captured image and performs face authentication
with the face image recorded in a memory in the face image recording unit (14).
When the face authentication is successful, the face image, the camera number,
and the imaging time are transmitted to the computer (7). The computer (7) displays
the received face image in time series on a display device (8).
