Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a monitoring apparatus and a monitoring method for safe launch of a coal mine main shaft vertical shaft hoisting skip. The monitoring apparatus mainly comprises an infrared camera group I, an infrared camera II, a signal processor, and an audio and visual alarm. The infrared camera group I is used to shoot a shaft bottom image of the bottom of a skip. The infrared camera II is used to shoot images of a loading device and the top of the skip. The signal processor is communicatively connected to the infrared camera group I, the infrared camera II, and the audio and visual alarm, and the signal processor is used to capture the images of the shaft bottom, the loading device and the skip by means of the infrared camera group I and the infrared camera II, respectively, process the images using an edge detection algorithm, distinguish a hoisting mechanism from workers by means of regular and irregular profiles presented in edge images, and control the on/off state of the audio and visual alarm. The present invention is based on a novel principle, has reliable performance, a simple structure, low costs and a safe operation, and can effectively monitor personnel conditions around a skip when launching, thus improving hoisting safety of a main shaft.
