Abstract:
An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a monitoring camera the focus of which can be adjusted regardless of the installation environment thereof. A monitoring camera device according to the present disclosure comprises: a manual focus lens (102); an image sensor (103) that converts light from a subject which is incident on a focus lens (111) possessed by the manual focus lens (102) to an electric signal; a video signal processing unit (104a) that determines, from an AF evaluation value calculated by using the electric signal outputted from the image sensor (103), a focus degree representative of a focusing degree relative to an AF evaluation value possessed in advance and that outputs a light-up pattern signal in accordance with the focus degree; and a light source unit (112) that displays the focus degree according to the light-up pattern signal outputted by the video signal processing unit (104a).
