Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the field of semiconductor circuit designs, and particularly relates to a monitoring circuit, a refreshing method, and a memory. The monitoring circuit comprises: a sampling module, which samples an initial address to acquire a monitoring address, wherein the initial address is a word-line address that is enabled in a memory where the monitoring circuit is located; a counting module, which is connected to the sampling module, wherein if the same monitoring address is present in the counting module, the counting value of a counter corresponding to the same monitoring address is increased by 1, and if the same monitoring address is not present in the counting module, a counter corresponding to the monitoring address is added, and the counting value of the counter is set to be 1; and a processing module, which is connected to the counting module, compares the counting values of counters corresponding to monitoring addresses in the counting module on the basis of a statistical signal to acquire a target address, and executes a refreshing operation on adjacent rows of the target address on the basis of a refreshing signal, wherein the statistical signal is provided within the interval of two adjacent refreshing signals. The monitoring circuit improves the flexibility of word-line address monitoring performed by the memory.
