Abstract:
A monitoring device equipped with a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit, a notification unit, and a control unit. The first acquisition unit acquires biological information about a subject. The second acquisition unit acquires information related to the position and/or altitude of the subject. The notification unit notifies the subject about prescribed information. When the control unit determines, on the basis of the biological information about the subject and the information related to the position and/or altitude of the subject, that there is a risk related to the breathing of the subject, the control unit controls the notification unit so as to notify the subject about information related to breathing.
