Abstract:
This radio wave monitoring device (4) is provided with a communication quality evaluation unit (403) which notifies deterioration in the communication quality of radio communication if a non-transmission probability calculated on the basis of a measurement result of the communication quality of radio communication between an onboard station mounted in a train traveling on a railroad track and a ground station installed along the railroad track and the condition on which transmission information is determined not to be delivered in the radio communication exceeds a threshold value.
