Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a monitoring device and monitoring system in which when faults occur in a plurality of automatic transaction devices, the automatic transaction devices to be dealt with can be prioritized and displayed in an easily understood manner. [Solution] Provided is a monitoring device that is provided with a communication unit that receives, from a plurality of automatic transaction devices, fault occurrence information indicating the occurrence of a fault in the automatic transaction devices, and a display control unit that displays, on a monitoring screen, a display indicating the faults of the automatic transaction devices such that the higher the degree of priority of the automatic transaction device as judged on the basis of information relating to each of the automatic transaction devices, the higher the display position.
