Abstract:
Provided is an elevator monitoring device that can inspect an intercommunication system for a greater number of items. This elevator monitoring device comprises: a reception unit for receiving information; a transmission unit for transmitting information; and an instruction unit that, with respect to an intercommunication system comprising a slave unit disposed inside an elevator car and a master unit, which outputs a buzzer sound when a call button of the slave unit has been pressed and which becomes able to communicate with the slave unit at an off-hook state, causes the transmission unit to transmit information for instructing the master unit to output a buzzer sound in the case where the reception unit has received, from a mobile terminal, information requesting output of a buzzer sound of the master unit, and causes the transmission unit to transmit information for instructing a loudspeaker in the car to output a sound in the case where the reception unit has received, from the mobile terminal while the master unit is in the off-hook state, information for requesting output of a sound from the loudspeaker.
