Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a monitoring device which monitors an operation part of an automated transaction device, said monitoring device comprising: a learning and retention unit which learns and retains a standard scene data group in which a standard operation is segmented for each operation action of a series of operation actions; a feature extraction unit which extracts actual subject operation data from actual scene data of a series of operation actions of an operation of a user which is obtained from an image capture unit which is in proximity to an operation unit and captures an image thereof; and a sensing unit which associates the actual subject operation data with the standard scene data group in accordance with the series of operation actions, carries out a comparison for each of the operation actions, determines an anomaly level of the operation of the user, and outputs an anomaly occurrence signal based thereon.
